Great value and modern facilities
I had a fantastic stay in a single ensuite room. the accommodation was modern and spotless, making it a comfortable retreat. The included breakfast was delightful, offering various options including gluten-free choices, which I appreciated. The location on the university campus allowed for peaceful walks amidst beautiful surroundings. it would be great if more kitchen utensils were provided for self-catering guests.

An elevator would be helpful for upper floors.

Convenient spot, cool views!
Had a pretty chill stay. The room was super clean and modern. The view over Canterbury was lovely. Breakfast was cafeteria-style and had decent options. Only bummer was that it took a bit to get hot water in the shower. a solid place for a night or two.

The single ensuite room was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable experience like a real university student. Kitchen facilities, along with tea and coffee-making amenities, enhanced the stay. While the breakfast was decent, it didn't stand out as special. The room's design maximized space, but it may feel a bit basic for some guests.

We loved the big common kitchen where we cooked together and the cozy atmosphere with rabbits hopping around made our stay feel special. There were great places to just chill and read. A lovely garden to unwind in. The room was a bit too warm for our liking, but a fan helped cool things down a bit! 😊
